Teddy’s Blend

With the addition of Theodore to our team, we had to give a blend his name. Teddy’s blend takes the place of our former Willy Blend and is made from Central and South American beans, roasted dark to produce a full-bodied coffee. True to coffees from the Americas, the nutty and chocolate notes are heavy in this coffee with a kick of bold bitterness to jumpstart your day, like a bar of pure cacao! The creamy body steers you in the direction of a milk chocolate, and you will notice the sweetness shining through, raw or demerara sugars, a hint of honey, baking spices, and remnants of dried fruits, raisin and currant.
